Chief financial officer

Alt Gen is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a renewable energy IPP based in Cape Town. The role will oversee the financial strategy, planning, analysis and reporting, as well as manage the finance and accounting teams as well as any external service providers. The CFO will provide leadership in all financial matters, help guide strategic decision‑making, and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations. The role requires an individual with experience in cross‑border transactions across African countries.

Responsibilities Financial Strategy Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
