How you will make an impact

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serves as a member of the Leadership Team. The CFO will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, data entry, grant report entry, managing the organization’s fundraising functions, and helping to create organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the CEO and Directors. This position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Financial Management

• Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all funder and donor segments, and oversee all financial, project/program and grants accounting.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors.
