Chief Financial Officer The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic financial direction, operational excellence, and financial integrity of the organization. The CFO will lead the finance function, ensuring robust financial planning, compliance, and performance management, while also playing a pivotal role in business transformation, governance, and stakeholder engagement. The CFO is expected to improve the transparency for country businesses, i.e. marine, terminal and landside activities, enabling them to steer growth and profitability through a number driven and fact-based approach. The CFO must in this regard act as a true business partner, by being proactive, identifying opportunities and highlighting challenges in the business in order to propose the necessary steps to correct them.
