The business has a clear development pathway, existing processing infrastructure and a growing resource base. It is currently positioned at approximately C$60M market cap, with opportunities to scale through production restart and resource growth. The company has entered into a term sheet with a global commodities group for a pre‑payment facility and gold offtake agreement, providing non‑dilutive financing support and a framework to advance the planned restart of operations.
