Chief Estimator – Position Description The Chief Estimator reports to the Director of Pre‑Construction and Estimating and leads the estimating team through the estimating process and tender closings. The role requires analytical skills, strong communication, and a deep understanding of construction processes and trends.
Responsibilities
Lead the estimating team in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other costs.
