Job Description
Drive engineering excellence at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport as the Chief Maintenance Engineer. Lead maintenance operations, ensuring compliance and aesthetic quality for guests.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all engineering operations within the hotel. Leading the engineering team, you’ll implement preventive maintenance programs and maintain safety standards. Your expertise in various building systems will help in creating a safe and functional environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise staff in engineering operations
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance initiatives
• Ensure adherence to safety and brand standards
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct inspections to assess maintenance needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel maintenance
• 2 years in a supervisory capacity required
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety codes
