Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Our client, a prominent Ontario organization operating within a highly visible and evolving public-facing mandate, is seeking a strategic and influential executive to serve as its next Chief Corporate Affairs Officer (CCAO).

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serving as a key member of the executive leadership team, the CCAO will play a critical role in shaping the organization’s external positioning, stakeholder strategy, enterprise narrative, and overall reputation. This executive will lead an integrated Corporate Affairs function that brings together communications, public affairs, government relations, stakeholder engagement, corporate reporting, policy coordination, and strategic issues management.

Operating within a complex and politically sensitive environment, the CCAO will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on emerging issues, reputational risk, government and stakeholder dynamics, and organizational positioning. The...
