MezTal is seeking a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) to lead global accounting operations and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP. The CAO will oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and act as a strategic partner to the CFO. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of accounting experience, a CPA certification, and a strong background in U.S. GAAP. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, guiding SOX compliance, and managing audits. This position is based in Guadalajara, Mexico, with a hybrid work schedule.
