Accelerate your career in restaurant leadership with Chick-fil-A's Leadership Development Program. This immersive 24- to 36-month program combines core roles as Grand Opening Supervisor and Interim Manager for skill enhancement.
The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for aspiring leaders to advance their business acumen and operational expertise. Participants engage in initial training in the United States, followed by further development in Canada, gaining hands-on experience in key supervisory roles. Participants will recruit and onboard trainers, manage restaurant operations, and oversee strategic planning.
