Key Responsibilities:
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to identify care needs
• Create and adjust individualized care plans as necessary
• Document resident care and support decisions accurately
• Foster an environment of respect, privacy, and autonomy
• Contribute to quality improvement and educational efforts
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing or psychiatric nursing program
• Current BCCNM registration as a Registered Nurse
