Role Overview
The Chemical Plant Operator/Inventory Specialist is responsible for safely and efficiently supporting daily chemical production operations. Responsibilities include taking and reconciling inventory; unloading and loading raw materials and finished goods; operating blending equipment; and supporting multiple operational departments as needed. Operators play a key role in ensuring product quality, inventory accuracy, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This position will begin on the day shift and, after successful completion of a defined training period and demonstration of operational proficiency, will transition to the second shift.
