Location: Playtime Casino, Canada. As Chef, you will lead the kitchen team, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all food and beverage preparation ensuring the highest quality.
• Execute food purchases and maintain inventory levels to support cost control.
• Coordinate workplace inspections and staff training; report incidents promptly.
• Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
