Job Description
Senior Manager – Finance & Strategy | HNB Engineers
Location: Pune
Experience: 3-4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with VP and leadership on strategic financial planning
- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Ind AS
- Oversee end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance
- Handle GST, Income Tax, ROC, and audit matters
- Liaison with government authorities for financial and regulatory issues
- Manage audits, assessments, and statutory filings
- Lead finance team and improve financial processes
Requirements:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax
- Experience in engineering / infrastructure / consultancy firms preferred
