Job Title: Manager – Accounts

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Manager – Accounts to lead end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team management. The role will partner closely with the CFO and senior stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Close

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, T&E reimbursements, payroll coordination, and customer/vendor contract accounting.
• Manage and own the monthly close process including journal entries, general ledger review, reconciliations, and variance analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.
