At OMRON Healthcare, we are looking for a Channel Manager to take full ownership of channel performance, strategy, and execution — driving sustainable growth across key accounts and partners.

What you will own
Lead and execute channel strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability
Own full P& L performance: Net Sales, Gross Margin, trade investment, and ROI
Build and lead customer relationships and negotiations with key accounts
Drive forecast accuracy, demand planning, and inventory health
Identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions to improve performance
Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure execution
Track KPIs, deliver business reviews, and drive action plans
