Job Description
What you will be doing:
Takes ownership of key change management activities, collaborating with the Lead, Change Management to develop and implement organizational change management plans that support business objectives and ensure the achievement of established adoption metric.
Leverages established change management frameworks and methodologies to manage transitions and ensure the successful adoption of changes in policies, processes, and organizational structures.
Serves as the Change Lead as needed on projects and organizational change, working with stakeholders to assess change impact, develop a comprehensive plan to ensure successful adoption of change and manage sustainment activities.
