Job Description
Take on the role of Change Management Lead at the Ontario Pension Board and influence the future of pension services. This permanent full-time position focuses on enabling successful implementaion of the Pension Modernization initiative.
As a Change Management Lead, you will be pivotal in ensuring employee engagement and maximum adoption of new tools as OPB transforms its pension administration processes. Your expertise in managing change will help guide the organization through significant transitions, making sure that challenges are met with the right solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of adaptation and readiness.
