Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a senior Change Management Consultant to support their Personnel Management System (PMS) digital modernization initiative and help establish a dedicated Change Management capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise change management frameworks, governance structures, and operating models
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies
