Financial Management and Accounting Oversee all daily financial operations. Manage cash flow and ensure the company’s liquidity. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Supervise the financial year-end and external audit. Establish, monitor, and analyze the annual budget and financial forecasts. Optimize costs and identify opportunities for savings. Implement rigorous financial controls in compliance with accounting standards. Cash Management and Financing Manage relationships with financial institutions and external partners.
