Centre Director

Salary Range: CA$60,000.00 To CA$65,000.00 Annually

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all centre operations, including staffing, scheduling, enrolment, and daily programming
• Ensure full compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
• Lead, coach, and support a team of educators to maintain a high-quality childcare environment
• Maintain required licensing documentation, incident reports, and attendance records
