Center Manager
Job Description
The Centre Manager has overall operational responsibility for the Academic Management of EFL/Teacher Training activities and for the Administration staff. The Centre Manager must ensure and improve the cost effectiveness of current operations and must bear in mind cost factors related to any proposed new activities.
STUDENTS
- Be available to assist and support students with academic and social welfare issues.
- Conduct weekly Welcome Sessions for new students.
- Undertake regular focus interviews of students.
- Lead and report on the monthly student focus groups.
- Evaluate levels of students, including those wishing to change level/class.
- Interview & assess new students for examination and specialist classes.
- Monitor progress of longer term students.
- Liaise with the Principal about special requests from students.
