Job Description
Collaborate with Procurement COE and GES to understand and analyze business requirements related to Procurement processes**Main Responsibilities**:- Conduct thorough assessments of existing Procurement processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, standardize and optimize Procurement processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve Procurement initiatives.
- Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements as needed based on SLA results.
- Negotiate with GES, Procurement, vendors, and SMEs on ServiceNow proposals, complex projects and changes**Position Challenges**:- Assess and recommend processes and institutional platforms' best practices to procurement User Experience.
