Job Description
The Country Day School offers an exceptional opportunity for a Head of School starting in summer 2027, dedicated to a holistic education. Lead the transformation for 830 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 in a nurturing environment.
We are looking for a visionary educational leader who embraces the philosophy of 'Education with Balance.' The right candidate will collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to enhance academic programming while ensuring a healthy and thriving community. You will support student development through mentoring and promote financial sustainability.
