Job Description
The CDS Business Support and Development Team is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operational administrative aspects in close collaboration with the Account Opening and Modification Team. This role includes supporting daily requests—maintaining the internal guides up to date, supporting internal stakeholders by implementing new forms into the CRM/CLM system and defining the associate process, performing LEI applications and renewals, and management of form‑related internal master data.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Create and adapt internal work instructions concerning the handling of all Swiss Julius Baer forms in cooperation with the relevant specialist department, Legal & Compliance or the Tax Department
- Support the Client Documentation team regarding bank forms and their handling/processes
