We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to design and implement solutions in the CCaaS realm. This position entails a contract of six months, with opportunities for extension. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop robust CCaaS architectures. Special emphasis will be placed on integrating AI tools to optimize customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in CCaaS design and architectural discussions
• Collaborate with IT and business lines for solution planning
• Choose suitable CCaaS platforms, including Genesys Cloud
