Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the implementation of Agiloft
• Design and produce knowledge resources and training
• Analyze feedback for product development improvements
• Deliver multi-channel support for SignaSur and integration services
• Involve in website and app development projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or IT diploma in a relevant field
