Category Specialist Co-op

Please note that this position is open to students who are currently enrolled in a full-time post‑secondary program.

Some of what you will do:

As a Co‑op at Staples, you will be a fully integrated member of the team. This will allow you to participate in department and company events/ meetings, get the opportunity to experience Staples as a full‑time associate, and make an impact with the company through independent projects. For this co‑op, you will support the day‑to‑day inventory management for a specific product category, focusing on the ‘four P’s’ of Merchandising:

• Product Assortment
• Product Placement
• Product Promotion

Specifically, you will:

• Review and proof marketing materials for accuracy
• Participate in monthly Merchandise Department meetings
