Education and Experience Required
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in May 2027.
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks and increase efficiency.
- Use advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Execute initiatives with accountability and clear, assertive communication.
- Apply structured and analytical thinking, with potential to grow into a future Category Manager role.
