**Your Job**:
The purpose of this role is to handle procurement of goods and services in the certain complex Categories; ensure goods and services are acquired at the best possible costs and quality; demonstrate sound business and professional ethics; build trust with key stakeholders and follow-through on commitments.
Categories assigned falls into the 'critical' spend bucket, managing a spend profile up to $30M.
Responsibilites:
- Manage contract negotiation and execution with new vendors and work with the legal, finance and stakeholders for timely executions of contracts
- Understand, track, and forecast the key cost drivers and market factors for assigned commodities
- Identify and evaluate business risks in contracts and advise the business owner of their performance obligations to mitigation said risk
