Casualty Underwriter Associate (Hybrid), Sao Paulo (SãoPaulo, BR)

About the Role:

Based in São Paulo, your role is a mix of underwriting and client interaction. Main tasks and activities are:

• Underwriting for new and renewal Medium to Large accounts (analyze and evaluate risk exposure and utilize underwriting guideline to make sound risk decisions).
• Manage underwriting digital solution for SME risks in partnership with Bradesco.
• Develop strategies to adapt position on current accounts and to cross-sell other lines of business in collaboration with sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
• Visit brokers and clients to build and promote relationships.
