Effective communication and coordination are crucial to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure documentation of resident care assessments
• Administer medications in alignment with health standards
• Supervise care assignments and training for unregulated care providers
• Respond to significant resident condition changes
• Coordinate nursing care schedules efficiently
Requirements:
• Active RN registration in Ontario
• Experience with long-term care settings valued
