To act as an ambassador of the Casino by providing special assistance and information about the daily activities and promotions to customers offering a selection of alternatives for guest satisfaction
Responsibilities
Greet customer immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Response of with accurate information regarding of daily services and promotions according to individual needs.Answer telephone calls and inputs information into the computer such as rating cards.Conduct daily bingos and other promotional activities such as games and raffles.Assist in the preparation of the monthly promotions sent to the players club, update mailing list, such as customer birthdays, anniversaries, yearly activities and special events.Prepare and follow up with Reservations.Prepare decorations for the promotional and seasonal activities.
