About the job
Cash Application Analyst within the Cash Application Team of Sanofi Business Services (SBS), responsible for delivering cash application and receivables management services to SBS Latam & Brazil. The role supports the integrated Order-to-Cash process, collaborating with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade, and Gi2C front line teams across countries and regions.
Key Accountabilities
- AR Monthly closing and reporting
- Manage incoming payments
- Perform clearing of Accounts Receivables (AR), analyze discrepancies related to unapplied/misapplied receipts or deductions and propose resolutions
- Execute securitization program and factoring
- Contribute to business goals
- Execute tasks in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- Complete all activities as per the general Core Model and operational KPIs
