Position Overview

Case Managers work at our walk-in centre, Phoenix Centre for Youth, a program for youth aged 16-24. This program is often their first point of contact with Phoenix. Reporting to the program Manager, Case Managers are responsible for supporting youth on their case load and others who require assistance throughout the day.
