Job Description
Drive meaningful change as a Case Manager in Immigration Services at BI Incorporated. This position focuses on case management and provides vital support to ISAP participants.
As a Case Manager, you will develop and implement service plans, evaluate participants' needs, and ensure compliance with immigration regulations. You will conduct interviews, coordinate community resources, and maintain records essential for the ISAP program. Your expertise will help participants navigate challenges while promoting effective communication among stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individual plans for ISAP participants
• Conduct intake interviews and orientation for new participants
• Supervise and monitor ISAP participants in the community
• Schedule and track participants' appointments and sessions
• Report program violations as required
