CASA Program Manager - Hybrid Role

Transform mental health services at CASA Mental Health as a Program Manager in a hybrid position based in Fort McMurray. Lead impactful initiatives to support children and families.
As the Program Manager, you'll report to the Director, providing leadership to clinical and educational professionals. Your focus will be on enhancing service delivery, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative work environment. We're looking for a dedicated professional ready to make a meaningful difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and guide clinical and educational teams
• Manage program budgets and operational needs
• Promote effective communication and trust among staff
• Represent CASA at community meetings and events
• Oversee staff recruitment and performance evaluations
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a health-related field
• Registration with Alberta’s Health Professions Act
• 5 years of experience in child mental health
