We are looking for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing logistics team. This role is responsible for building relationships with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring on‑time delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure carrier capacity for shipments
• Negotiate rates with carriers while maintaining profitability goals
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective carriers
• Coordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and appointments
• Monitor load tracking and ensure updates are accurate
• Communicate with carriers, dispatchers, and internal teams regarding shipment status
