About the roleAs a Carrier Excellence Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment.This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A'3 problem‐solving activities, and developing high‐performing teams that deliver measurable business results.Key Responsibilities- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization, and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate and drive A'3 meetings, problem‐solving activities, and Lean transformation projects to improve operational performance.
