About the Role
As a Carrier Excellence Manager, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, productivity, quality, and cost optimization within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in driving Carrier Excellence culture across the plant by leading Lean transformation projects, coordinating A3 problem‑solving activities, and developing high‑performing teams that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, lead time reduction, cycle time optimization, and cost savings across manufacturing operations.
