Our smaller hospital is dedicated to supporting new nurses through full training and a comprehensive orientation of 6 to 14 weeks. We prioritize a great work atmosphere and are committed to enhancing the nursing skills of our staff while serving a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality care to patients with various conditions
• Monitor and report patient progress
• Collaborate with colleagues for optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in implementing health care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training
Requirements:
• Canadian citizen with TN visa
• Successful completion of NCLEX
• Commitment to a minimum of 2 years
• Current CPR certification
