The successful candidate

must be able to work weekday afternoons, evenings, and days as assigned. This position is covered by the CUPE 1825 Maintenance and Custodial collective agreement.The IndividualYou are a strong advocate for youth and their success in learning. The Caretaker is responsible for providing and maintaining a safe and clean environment for their assigned school and its community. The Caretaker is supervised and trained by the Head Caretaker at their assigned school, and is assessed for performance by the Head Caretaker, Principal and Caretaking Supervisor. The Caretaker demonstrates a strong working knowledge of cleaning and general maintenance and must be able to complete all work tasks to a high degree of satisfaction.
