Career Coach – Disability & Multi-Barriered

Position Information Location Maple Ridge Salary Range $30.91 – $33.46 per hour. Salary placement on scale based on qualifications and experience relevant to position. The Opportunity The Career Coach plays a dynamic role working with our specialized populations and supporting the daily operations of the Maple Ridge WorkBC Centre.

KEY DUTIES:

Conduct Client Needs Assessments to determine the appropriate WorkBC services and supports.

Conduct a thorough Disability Related Needs Assessment (DRENA).

Assess and refer to specialized assessments as part of a client Action Plan; (including medical assessment reports, Psychological and Vocational, Learning Disability, Neuropsychological, and Functional Capacity).

Interpret results of the specialized assessments and recommend next steps. This may include support for long-term interventions or external referrals to appropriate community agencies.
