Role Overview

As a F&B Banquet Supervisor, your primary goal is to oversee and support banquet operations and events while supporting the restaurant operations when needed. You will ensure efficient and profitable F&B operations while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet service operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown
• Coordinate with kitchen team for banquet menu execution and timing
• Train, coach and mentor banquet servers and support staff
• Assist in supervising the restaurant operations as needed
• Model exemplary customer service and problem resolution
• Support event planning and execution with sales and events team
