Alternative Project Delivery (APD) encompasses all non-Design-Bid-Build contract models for capital works delivery including both collaborative and non-collaborative approaches. These models include Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), Progressive Design Build (PDB), Design Build (DB), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) or Alliance. Variations of DB and PDB models include Finance and Operate and Maintain components: (P)DBF, (P)DBFOM, depending on the contracting parties.
