Job Description
Position Summary
Assists in the leadership of the Stocking processes, respond to problems and inquiries, and develop associates through teaching and training. Ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the sales floor as required.
What You'll Do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Assists in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Stocking 1 and 2 Coach and the Store Management Team. Delegate, assist and follow-up on completion of daily VizPick processes.
