Position Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and assist in sales floor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do

1. Greet all customers politely and friendly.
2. Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions.
3. Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when appropriate.
4. Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing, and pricing merchandise.
5. Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per company policies.
6. Receive and stock merchandise, use equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork, logs, and other documentation.
