Job Description
Position Summary
Assists in the leadership of the Front End and department processes, responds to problems and inquiries, and develops associates through teaching and training. Ensures a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.
Plans and executes department activities based on workload and operational functions and assists on the sales floor as required.
What You’ll Do
- Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Ensures safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, e.g., safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of area, evacuations, down registers, emergency codes, theft, etc.
