(CAN) Food Lead Department Manager

Position Summary

Assist in the leadership of the Food areas and department processes through partnership with the Food Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and helping them make purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assist in providing direction and the coordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assess the overall presentation of Food Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executing merchandising display changes where required.
