Job Description
Position Summary
To lead all Deli Associates and department processes to ensure a high level of customer service while meeting production targets.
What you'll do
- Receive merchandise, use equipment appropriately, monitor for repair, and complete required paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, and signing and pricing merchandise.
- Participate in recruitment, selection, training, and development of all Deli Associates.
- Lead by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assist them by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, and helping with purchase decisions.
- Complete all aspects of the Deli Store Within A Store (SWAS) planning, attend SWAS meetings to review SWAS Reports for food products, orders and sales information, and ensure in-stock...
