(CAN) Consumables Lead Department Manager

Position Summary... To assist in the leadership of Consumable Associates and department processes through partnership with the Consumables Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service while ensuring task completion.

What You’ll Do

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the Consumables Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Assesses the overall presentation of Consumable Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
